All products are hand-crafted in small batches and sensitive to temperature changes; due to the nature of our products we ship via USPS Priority ♡

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number, whats included in the shipment, and a link to track your package all the way to your door. It is important that you monitor this closely as our products are made of high quality raw ingredients that can be sensitive to certain temperatures so packages should not spend extended time in mail boxes or outside in direct sunlight. Please be sure to correctly enter your address including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers.

If melting does occur, understand that melting is a normal reaction to heat and we have no control over the weather conditions during transit or delivery. Know that melting does not ruin the integrity of our products or decrease any benefits, however the consistency will change. If this happens whipped products such as butters will turn into more of a balm texture.
